Thinning hair is most commonly seen as a problem that only men are facing, if women really are just a chance to experience it. Women may notice thinning hair at any time in their lives, but most commonly in their low 50-60.

Drinking plenty of water is essential for a healthy scalp and hair healthy. It is important to maintain a balanced healthy diet, even to continue the healthy growth.
